The future of parcel collections in Castletown have been secured after the Island's branch secured a new partnership.
The postal service has linked up with S&S Motors - for people to collect packages if they missed the delivery.
From next Saturday (August 31), the service will operate seven days a week between 7am and 9pm - and will take over the responsbility from the Castletown Co-op store.
Meanwhile, the customer counter at the Southern Delivery Office in Ballasalla will close on the same date - all other services the co-op provides to Castletown Post Office will remain unaffected.
