The Isle of Man Foodbank has received a big cash boost from the Z Zurich Foundation.
Z Zurich - the charitable foundation of the Zurich Insurance group - has announced it's donating £30,000 to the Island organisation to help those most in need during the COVID-19 crisis.
Foodbank CEO, Neil Mellon, says the funds will make a 'significant impact' on their work to assist residents throughout the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Zurich International CEO, Peter Huber, adds they're happy to be supporting the cause - currently, the foundation has supported around 60 charities worldwide during the Coronavirus emergency.
