The company behind a former café in Peel will be dissolved and removed from the Island's company register.
Shamyr Hey Ltd, which has its registered offices in St Germans Place in Peel, ran the Shamyr Hey Tea Room on Michael Street.
It closed in August 2024 and is currently being marketed for rent.
Registrar General Edward Clague says unless objections are received, the company will be struck from the register and dissolved in May.
