The site of a former Douglas nightclub is currently up for sale for £1.2m.
6 and 7 Peveril Buildings on Loch Prom was home to Bordello, which closed earlier this year.
The listing says a rare opportunity has arisen to purchase a wine bar and nightclub and two former hotels in need of renovation.
Bordello is made up of a bar, basement club, kitchen, toilet facilities and storage rooms, with the upper floors empty and open plan.
