A former gym in the north of the Island could be used to store funeral vehicles if a planning application is approved.
Corkill and Callow Funeral directors has applied to transform the Old Dairy building on Approach Road in Ramsey.
In its application, the company says it would use the premises to store and clean funeral cortege vehicles.
However, it says it wouldn't operate the business from it.
