A former car showroom in Onchan looks set to become a martial arts studio - if a planning application is successful.
Jones MMA and Fitness, currently based in Tromode, has applied for permission to convert the building on Elm Tree Road into a new headquarters.
The company says it plans to rent the unit from Onchan Commissioners.
In its application, it says the facility has six car parking spaces which could be enough for the ten people who attend an average class.
