More than a hundred new ideas have been taken up by government after it carried out two staff surveys.
In the House of Keys this week, Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas was quizzed on the surveys by Onchan MHK Julie Edge.
She wanted to know what had been done with the ideas suggested by public sector workers when the questionnaires were returned in 2014 and 2015.
Mr Thomas said there'd been a large number of ideas submitted:
