A new fitness studio could be coming to Ballasalla, if plans are given the go ahead.
Proposals have been put forward to convert one of the units at Balthane Park and, if approved, the facility would run sessions led by an instructor with a maximum of ten people.
Those behind the plans say sessions would be one a one-to-one or two-to-one basis.
They add the facility would also need short-term parking facilities, but believe the parking provisions already there will be adequate as customers may lift share, cycle or use the bus to get there.
