An Island-based telecoms company has been granted a full licence by the Island's Communications Commission.
BlueWave Communications will now be able to compete with the likes of Sure and Manx Telecom by offering landline services.
The company was originally founded in 2007, but was bought by UK firm AQL following the death of founder and entrepreneur Stuart Baggs.
BlueWave says the transition to a full license will allow it to give more choice to Island residents.
