Fewer local businesses are optimistic about the future compared to last year, according to a new government poll.
Last year over a quarter of companies said they expected their situation to improve in the next six months.
That's compared to around 18 percent this year, in the Business Environment and Conditions Survey.
Now, businesses are nearly evenly split between those who expect things to improve, and those expecting a deterioration.
