An informative seminar on workplace culture will take place on the Island next month.
Co-founder of MIX Diversity Developers and arctic explorer, Hayley Barnard, will also talk about workplace diversity and culture at the event on February 28 at Cycle 360.
As well as teaching organisations on how to attract and retain the talented prospects in each industry there will also be a chance for those who attend to get to grips with the ins and outs of the new Equality Act.
The event - entitled 'Future Works: Equipping leaders to champion diversity' - is free to attend, for more information you can visit the eventbrite page.
