An Island firm says a new type of egaming licence can provide a 'competitive advantage' for local businesses.
SMP eGaming has helped secure a Software Suppliers Licence for one of its clients, which has become one of the first Isle of Man companies to hold one.
Head of Corporate Development at SMP, Jade Zorab, says it'll reduce the time for operators to offer games to players and revenue streams can be attached quicker.
The licence was issued by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, which sees an amendment to the Online Gambling Regulation Act.
