A huge Manx-based egaming company says it'll move its management control and tax residency to the UK.
Shareholders at GVC Holdings voted to relocate the functions to London after a meeting in Gibraltar.
GVC operates brands such as Sportingbet, partypoker and Foxy Bingo.
The company says as a global enterprise it needs more flexibility for management control, but has found itself constrained by the Island's requirements.
It also adds changing industry tax conditions in Europe's regulated markets mean the Isle of Man's tax benefits are no longer competitive.
