Isle of Man Bank is warning people not to fall for fraudsters.
It says scammers may pretend to be a well-known company and claim you're owed a refund.
The bank warns that online criminals could request a one time passcode from you.
But it says if you give away the code or approve transactions in its app, you won't receive a refund.
Fraudsters may try to call you pretending to be a well-known company, saying you’re owed a refund. They'll try to trick you into handing over a One Time Passcode or get you to approve the transaction in the mobile app, or else you won’t receive the refund.
