One of the founders of an Island distillery attended a prestigious awards ceremony.
Paul Kerruish has been a member of the Institute of Directors for many years - and this year the Isle of Man merged with the North West region.
Paul was invited to enter for the Island in the north west regional finals and to his surprise won.
Following that, the regional finalists were filtered to create a national finalist for the director of the year awards.
He was again picked and represented the category 'director of the year' of the institute of directors in the start up category.
Although he didn't win this, he was very happy to go and has called it a 'fantastic event':
