Tynwald has approved three non-executive directors to the board of the Steam Packet Company.
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan MHK has welcomed Philip Dearden, Captain Simon Pressley and David Oldfield - who will join the board for three years.
Mr Cannan said he's looking forward to the new directors contributing to the success of the company.
It comes following a recruitment process in November last year following the Government’s purchase of the company in May 2018.
However, the company will continue to operate as a commercial enterprise at arm’s length from Government.
