An Island developer will continue to support a 'vital lifeline' for the Island's elderly.
Dandara has renewed its sponsorship of Live at Home's two minibuses for 2019 - and will cover the running costs of the vehicles which are used to transport members to social groups, events and activities.
The charity has provided support, services and social interaction to its members since 1998 - aiming to improve the lives of older people on Island, and eliminate isolation and loneliness.
Live at Home says 'the running costs for two 14-seater minibuses doesn’t come cheap. As a charity reliant on fundraising and donations we would struggle to fund these ongoing expenses, which is why we’re so grateful to Dandara for its continued support.'
