An Island developer's applied for planning permission for 12 new units at an industrial estate in Ballasalla.
Dandara says it already has permission to build units on the Balthane Industrial Estate, but its new plans are a different mix of sizes.
The company says the units would be built on currently unused land and include parking.
The new plans for the block features four different size of industrial unit.
