Developer Dandara has launched a new training programme.
According to the company, it's designed to address the shortage of specialist groundworkers as the demand for new homes continues to soar.
With support from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture and 'BuildASkill' in Ramsey, the two year programme is taking in a second lot of students this month.
