The Island's Cyber Security Centre has issued safety advice to small businesses regarding cyber incidents.
The body has published a guide on its website to help prevent cyber attacks.
It says small companies are more likely to be vulnerable to attacks and less resilient to a serious incident.
Tips include making backups, planning for incidents, watching for telltale signs on computers, and how to resolve and report incidents.
