Crowe Isle of Man has announced that its Managing Director will now take up the post as its Chief Executive.
Phaedra Bird's appointment comes ahead of the retirement of chairman and current CEO, John Cowan, in June next year.
Ms Bird says she's proud to be following in Mr Cowans footsteps and aims to work on carrying on his legacy by developing the business.
Mr Cowan celebrated 30 years as a Crowe Isle of Man partner back in January.
