Isle of Man Creamery supplies Noble's Hospital with 90,000 pints of milk each year.
That's according to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which revealed the figure in Tynwald this week.
Minister Geoffrey Boot was giving details about the amount of local produce used in the medical facility:
He said it's an area his department takes an interest in because it has responsibility for promoting local agriculture and food producers.
He also revealed Ramsey Bakery supplies 125,000 loaves of bread each year.
