Court to consider Wetherspoons licensing changes

The Island's first Wetherspoons will be in court next month as it makes a licensing application.

The Conister Arms, formerly 1886 Bar and Grill, on Regent Street in Douglas has applied for changes to its on-licence and licensed areas.

Last week the business unveiled new opening hours and its menu.

A licensing bench sitting on Thursday, May 15 is due to hear the licensing application.
