A company's applied for planning permission to carry out repairs on an office block in Douglas city centre.
Gold Properties of Sea Cliff Road in Onchan says it wants to carry out the work on St Thomas House on Victoria street.
In its application, the company says it wants to fix a leaky roof that's letting in water was well as replace some of the windows.
Some of the work will also require registered building consent.
