A company says it wants to tear down an industrial building in the south and replace it with a more modern structure.
Masselt Limited of Main Road in Union Mills has applied for planning permission to demolish the unit on the Balthane Industrial estate.
In its place, the firm says it would put up a new building containing four units with their own entrances.
The new building would be finished with composite sheeting and brickwork.
