A company's applied for extra time to build a local shop in Ballasalla.
In July 2021, Isle of Man Enterprises was given permission to redevelop the former car showroom on Douglas Road.
But now, the company which owns Shoprite says it needs to extend a two-year deadline set by planners.
It's asked for another two years as it plans a Winerite store on the site.
