Manx companies will soon be required to follow new beneficial ownership rules.
The Beneficial Ownership (Amendment) Bill 2020 recently received Royal Assent and will come into force on September 1.
The changes have been made following a MONEYVAL report in 2016.
It's aimed to further improve the accuracy of the database which records those who own (or control) more than 25 per cent of a company.
