An industrial unit in Tromode could be turned into smaller units, after proposals to turn it into a play centre were withdrawn.
Clucas PLC, which owns the former Panelcraft premises on Carrs Lane, has applied to break up the unit and turn it into nine smaller units.
In its application it says it would remove the existing entrance lobby and install new doors.
And it adds subdividing the unit would allow a range of tenants to move in.
