Chief Minister to speak at State of the Nation event

Registration has opened for a huge business event in the New Year featuring the Island's Chief Minister as a keynote speaker.

The Manx State of the Nation is an annual conference organised by the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals.

2017's event takes place in the Royal Hall at the Villa Marina in Douglas on January 27th and will discuss the impact of Brexit on future financial regulation.

As well as Howard Quayle, the government's director of financial services John Spellman and information commissioner Iain McDonald will speak at the event.
