A local butcher says a shortage of Manx red meat is effecting business.
A&J Quality Butchers says poor quality cuts of meat are being supplied and orders aren't being fulfilled by Isle of Man Meats.
Director John O’Connall says they are not prepared to serve customers the poor-quality produce.
He says the government should step in and take action:
