Businesses help school back online after virus

Two local companies have joined forces to help put Ballacottier Primary School back online.

Staff and pupils have been forced to relocate to the old Fairfield School Site in Douglas after an outbreak of norovirus.

The Department of Education and Children has re-opened the facility on Tynwald Street whilst the Farmhill site is cleaned.

Sure and Skanco have teamed up to provide a Wi-Fi dongle and 4G sim so that the school has internet connection during this period.
