Building mental health awareness in Construction

Island Aggregates has teamed up with Isle Listen to promote mental health awareness in the construction industry.

They've re-branded two of their mixer trucks to encourage the message. 

As a male dominated sector, many working in construction may not seek help and support when they need it, putting pressure on their mental health.

General Manager of Island Aggregates, Stephen Smyth, says they're passionate about working towards embedding a positive mental health culture across all their sites and the wider industry.
