A Douglas-based trust and fiduciary firm has announced it has completed its management buyout.
Boston Multi Family Office has secured regulatory approval for the deal which was initially announced in July.
The move sees Katherine Ellis take up the post as Chief Executive Officer whilst Alex McNee will remain as Managing Director.
The transition has been financed by investors Rockpool Investments LLP - Katherine says the partnership between themselves and Rockpool will fuel strategic plans for the future.
