A business in the south of the Island is poised to expand its premises with a new planning application.
Freeport Properties, which owns the Ballasalla freeport, says it wants to build a new unit next to the existing headquarters of Astrea Bioseparation.
In its application, it says it wants to build new commercial units and additional parking.
Astrea Bioseparation provides services to the medical industry.
