Barclays' staff get to grips with customer service roles

Barclays' employees have been visiting other local businesses as part of National Customer Service Week.

They've been helping out at coffee shops, hotels, the Hospice warehouse and with the 'Meals on Wheels' teams.

The week is a UK wide initiative to raise awareness of the role customer service plays in successful business practice and economic growth.
