A planning application has been submitted to convert an office on Bucks Road in Douglas into apartments.
Braddan-based company Maclo Construction plans to turn the space into one and two-bedroom flats.
Planning approval is already in place for two apartments but the company says it wants one more.
The property sits above Heatwave Hair Salon in Douglas.
