76 jobs in the IT industry have been filled since work permit rules were relaxed last year.
That's according to Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly who says the figure could have been even higher if more changes to the regime had been made.
He faced questions about work permits in Tynwald this week when Middle MHK Bill Shimmins asked for the rules to be eased even further.
