Onchan-based Pokerstars has a new sister company, after its parent group agreed a deal worth £3.4 billion.
At the weekend, the Stars Group announced it's to buy Sky Bet Gaming.
It means the group would have a total of more than 111 million registered customers around the world.
Sky Bet head Richard Flint says the deal will bring the group's products to a truly global audience, and he's excited about the future.
