A developer says it wants to expand an industrial estate in Ballasalla with dozens more units.
Dandara has applied for planning permission to build 26 new units on the Balthane Industrial Estate.
It says the two blocks would be built just off new bypass, and be screened from the road by an earth bank.
In its application, it says there's a strong demand for such units on the Island.
