Ronaldsway Airport saw a jump of more than 11 per cent in passengers using the facility in May.
The latest monthly figures released by the airport show 61,920 people passed through during May, compared to 55,419 last year.
Belfast saw the biggest rise and fall - with Belfast City services seeing an 81.5 per cent fall in passengers while people flying to Belfast International rose 89.3 per cent.
Easyjet was the biggest winner among airlines, with a 15.3 per cent increase in customers, while Emerald saw its passengers decline by 12.1 per cent.
