Steam Packet offers refunds & waives amendment fees

The Steam Packet Company has waived amendment fees until the end of April.

It comes following the news anyone arriving on Island from later today will have to self-isolate for 2 weeks, in light of the developing global Coronavirus pandemic.

It says it understands some passengers may no longer be able to travel so have waived any amendment fees for those looking to reschedule and is offering refunds to others.

However, the Steam Packet has reitterated it will do it all can to maintain goods and other vital supplies are delivered to the Island.

Until further notice, the Company intends to follow its published timetable, subject only to some potential changes over the TT period due to its cancellation.

For the time being, refunds will only be processed for passengers booked to travel in March or April - bookings for May onwards will also be refunded if the travel restrictions continue.

Meanwhile, the timetable for fast craft Manannan, which is due to return to service on Friday, March 27 may be subject to change.
