M&S giving priority times to elderly and emergency services

Marks and Spencers will offer priority shopping time for vulnerable customers and emergency services teams.

As of tomorrow, it will open its doors between 8am-9am for the elderly and vulnerable to allow them the chance to get hold of important items amid panic buying across this Island.

After that, between 8am-9am on Mondays and Thursdays, the retailer will give that hour for older customers going forward, and the same time period on Tuesdays and Fridays will be given to NHS and other emergency services staff.

As a result, the store is asking anyone other residents outside those categories to respect the measures during those times.
