A man and a woman were sent to prison yesterday - for covid-19 offences.
Police have confirmed a man and a woman received 35 and 30 days in prison respectively.
Both were absent from their residence and had been warned previously.
Meanwhile, another woman and two men were in court yesterday on covid matters in a case that involved them all, they have been remanded in prison and will be back in Court on a later date.
The woman was absent from residence and assaulted an officer and provoking behaviour.
The first man - having tested positive for covid failed to comply with instructions and instigated a gathering, meanwhile the second man was absent from residence.
Authorities will be making no further comment.
