Come and join us on Saturday 30th November from 11.00 and take part in 4 free classes at West Coast Fitness in aid of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
West Coast are holding a Charity Event this Saturday 30th November between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend and take part in some amazing classes including circuits, boxercise, spin cycling and mobility exercises.
Cakes etc will be available to buy and enjoy with a coffee and tea.
To finish the day we will all be taking part in a sea dip at Fenella Beach.
Come and join us and make it a special day in aid of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
