Come and join us for a walk and talk in Ramsey. A safe space to talk without fear or judgement. It’s for anyone affected by mental health issues.
Meeting outside the park hotel in Ramsey on 23rd January at 11.30am for a gentle stroll. All welcome!
We will have a cup of tea in the park hotel afterwards for those who want to join us.
I will be advertising more walks across the island at varying times in the near future.
