A commemoration and one minute's silence will be held on the Summerland site to remember the 50 who perished, the survivors and all those who came to their aid.

This one minute's silence is held to honour and remember the 50 men, women and children who perished so needlessly in the fire of 2nd August 1973. Non denominational, no pomp, no circumstance, just those who wish to come along and remember all those lost and affected.
