Mind over Mountain: Trek the Himalayas with Isle Listen
Introducing Mind over Mountain! Isle Listen’s first charity adventure challenge, taking place from 7th-17th November 2026.
As a young people’s mental health charity, we have picked a challenge that resonates with our mission, helping young people and building resilience. This trip will also encourage reflective practice.
About the trip:
Raise essential funds for Isle Listen whilst exploring the Indian Himalayas. Enjoy four days of trekking in the home of the Dalai Lama, and give back by volunteering for two days at a local school. This trip is operated by charity adventure travel experts, Different Travel.
