Tomorrow sees the beginning of the training season for RWFC.
Women of any age and any fitness level are encouraged to come down to Ramsey Grammar School’s Astro pitch to give it a go
Don’t worry, we’re gonna be taking it easy to start with. Some of us haven’t done any exercise in months, even years!
So if you wanna try something new, make new friends, burn some calories and get fit before Christmas hits, then join us and join the fun!
