An activity afternoon at The National Sports Centre (NSC). Activities will range from Chair based exercises to walking football. Refreshments will be available.
Open to the public in aid of dementia awareness.
Residents from nursing homes, residential homes, and day centre's welcome. This will be a dementia friendly environment and therefore people with a dementia or mild cognitive impairment encouraged.
