Isle of Man Aikido Academy we teach a less formal style of the traditional Japanese
focusing on principles , techniques breathing
a great form of self protection , moving meditation
for physical, mental and spiritual heath and growth

Classes are bi-weekly, Tuesday and Thursday, from 7pm until 8.30pm.
